Unfortunately, Western science today can only passively monitor and measure, but is unable to either explain or resolve the crisis. In my previous posts, I explained what is behind #AMOC's slowdown and collapse. For some reason, the climate scientists are either unable to see the reason: the science is fragmented, or not allowed, and any deviation from the general climate dogma is punishable, or both.

As science is currently in a near-death state, the decision-makers are also unable to see the solution, as they are bombarded by Russian propaganda.

Ironically, the Russian climate propaganda is financed by the same US specialized institutions that should propose the solutions.

Musk-created and Russia-inspired #DOGE fired hundreds, if not thousands, of scientists, researchers, engineers, and outsourced resources to #Musk's climate and weather propaganda structures, which circulate Russian propaganda in a form adapted to the US perception, while actively sabotaging me and my work as part of Russian climate/weather warfare.

His activity already costs a lot to the West - the longer Musk manages to delay the recognition of reality, the higher the price the US, Europe, and the Rest will pay.

The solution to the current climate crisis is possible once there is a clear understanding of the real drivers of the climate chaos. The disaster is preventable if both Western science and the political class wake up from Russia-induced numbness.

The danger is that the time is limited. Russia is rushing to make the climate chaos irreversible, thereby erasing the West from the map by turning it into an uninhabitable disaster zone, which is already happenning.

Putin is rushing to present the West with a fait accompli before the West, numbed by propaganda, PsyOps, and reflexive control operations, realizes what is happenning.

Escalation of violence in Ukraine, provoking conflicts in the Middle East, etc., is Russia's way to divert attention from its global climate change project, driven by an ideological setup to destroy the West and establish Russia's global dominance.

There are more localized methods the Russians use to melt Antarctica, but here I examine the issue from a global perspective. According to a Live Science report, in 2015, after decades of relative stability, Antarctica's sea ice suddenly began to disappear. Sea ice extent reached a record low in 2023, and scientists have now figured out what happened in that period."

This is the same 2015 when, after ostracising the West because of the illegal occupation of Ukraine's Crimea, Russia increased its efforts to intensify the destruction of the Arctic ice to get to the oil and gas deposits without ecologically friendly Western technologies and free from ice North Sea Route to reorient to China.

Russia should have started warming up the Arctic earlier, when Shoigu became Defense Minister and began rebuilding Soviet military bases there, thereby distancing Russia from Europe and reorienting it toward China.

Active military developments in the Arctic, rebalancing geopolitical power in Russia's favor, and big dreams encouraged Russia to occupy Crimea in the first place. From Shoigu's perspective, the move should accelerate Russia's reorientation from the West toward Asia.

Reorientation to China necessitated freeing the Arctic from ice to make the North Sea Route (NSR) active all year long - otherwise, China would refuse to invest in Russian infrastructure and use the North Sea Route.

To accelerate the melting, Putin appointed Rosatom (State Atomic Energy Corporation) to operate the NSR (decision formalized in 2018), indicating that the main operational task was to free the Arctic from ice within tight deadlines, using the nuclear icebreaker fleet, the nuclear icebreaking submarine fleet, and nuclear floating power stations as the primary technical means to achieve this goal.

The Global Ocean Conveyor Belt 

The results became obvious quickly when, after a pause in global warming, the Arctic suddenly began warming 4-7 times faster than the rest of the world, which led to a weakening of the AMOC and a decrease in air exchange between the tropics and the Arctic. This meant that the South Pole had to accept more warm water and warm air to compensate for the North Pole's decreased capacity due to active ice melting.

The sooner Antarctica melts, the sooner the Arctic melts too. An advantageous setup for Russia and an existential threat for the rest of the world, including China.

If the melting of the Arctic is not stopped and reversed, China, India, the US, and Europe will render their territories uninhabitable, while 75 percent of Russian territory, currently unlivable due to permafrost and swamps, will become productive agricultural land and a favorable place to live.

Will the US, Europe, Britain, China, and India, as well as others, agree to obediently sacrifice their countries to increase Russia's living space, or will they take action to stop a de facto Russian climate war is not clear yet. For a simple reason. Russia significantly increases its climate/weather propaganda, Reflexive Control, and PsyOps, meant to confuse both public opinion and decision-makers, actively using false flags and local actors to spread Russian propaganda and deception campaigns to numb the perception of existential threat.

Also, Moscow will use all possible means to deflect attention from its climate and weather warfare, which already significantly strengthened Russia's geopolitical position but hasn't reached a point of no return yet.

Disinformation as a Weapon in Russian Covert Weather War

The diagram is one of the best depictions of the current Omega Block I have come across, whereas other diagrams create more confusion than clarity. Confusion and deception are the weapons in the weather and climate warfare, not less important than what Putin names “military-technical measures," used to weaponize weather patterns. The language also matters, as it either confuses or explains. Meteorological language is objectively confusing for outsiders, making an interdisciplinary approach impossible.



Oversimplification, on the other hand, can distort the essence, thereby benefiting Russia. Moreover, the Russians intentionally impose confusion as dogma, because the more confusing the dogma is and the more widely it is spread, the better it protects their destructive actions from exposure. This explains why Russians invest so much in both propaganda and Reflexive Control operations aimed at influencing decision-making, benefiting Russia and disadvantaging the decision-makers.

Back to First Principles

Based on first principles and the laws of physics, the #Omega block is an atmospheric pattern created by the disruption of the tropospheric Polar Vortex (and the jet stream that contains the cold Arctic air), which could be artificially induced. The position of disruption coincides with the position of high-pressure blocks, which periodically disrupt. An insignificant forcing in these places artificially triggers the disruptions needed to create an Omega block and a potentially deadly heat dome if the stagnating pattern persists for long.

Heat domes caused by Omega patterns normally occur twice per year, but lately their frequency has tripled, and their annual duration has increased by 46 hours.

Artificial polar vortex (PV) disruption is the same approach the Russians used throughout the winter to create or intensify extreme weather events, which I have written about many times in recent years. One example is the repeated disruption of the polar vortex, creating an ideal setup for an exhausting tornado season, which, however, could be much worse if some other precautions I suggested were not taken.

The atmospheric blocks could be artificially created and maintained for days, weeks, and even months if repeated artificial forcing is applied.

Instead of the free movement of air masses, the Omega block setup creates deadly conditions, such as heat domes in the US and Europe and prolonged rainfall seasons, leading to floods like those in Britain and France last winter.

Immediate Retreat as Maskirovka

The 42-Day consecutive rain record in the UK in February 2026 was interrupted after my comment, exposing Russian weather meddling. The comment was noticed by the Russians, who immediately retreated to avoid detection, but was ignored by the rest, including those who directly benefited from it, even though it worked immediately.

This is a normal psychological pattern as it takes time to overcome stereotype thinking and integrate new knowledge. Mental blocks, once created, are no less persistent than atmospheric blocks. But the sooner the mental block is lifted, the less damage Putin will cause. Along with the weather war, Putin wages a climate war, which causes even more tragic and durable impact; if not addressed in time, artificial climate distortion will become irreversible.

Currently, there are two heat waves in the US and Europe, caused by two Omega blocks, which could persist for a long time if the artificially created atmospheric traffic jam is not removed.

As practice shows, the Russians themselves reverse the extreme weather setups when exposed. As if they are caught off guard, the Russians would lose the main advantage of the weather warfare - impunity.

Just as they retreated during the winter, they retreated in March after I exposed their meddling. It was a famous (and I say glorious) case in which the supercell tornadoes were prevented at the last moment, and the "historical blizzard" was stopped immediately, after I described how the Russians provoked it. They retreated in a panic to avoid detection. The atmospheric blockages can be removed or prevented in advance, too.

Maneuverability as a Deception Tactic

Without diving into technical details, I’d say that creating artificial atmospheric blocks is feasible and therefore preventable if the affected side is aware of Putin’s weather attacks and understands how the blocks are technically formed.

However, after the initial panic upon exposure, the Russians find a way to return and continue their destructive actions, albeit on a more modest scale than they would be without the exposure. This explains why the tornado season, foretold in mid-March as a monstrous one, turned out to be rather moderate.

The Russians immediately change the weather patterns if they are exposed. This is possible due to the high maneuverability of weather weapons, as part of Russia’s strategic approach to weather and climate warfare. Nuclear micro-reactors, capable of rapidly altering key weather parameters, are deployed in advance at the most sensitive points and can be switched on or off remotely.

This maneuverability allows Putin to quickly alter weather patterns, create weather anomalies, and confuse American and European meteorologists, decision-makers, and the public by switching from hot to cold, from rain to drought, all without leaving the office.

Therefore, there is a need for consistent actions for protecting the most sensitive points in the Arctic and around it, which can be used as “switch-on” mechanisms to provoke/intensify destructive weather patterns and put them on repeat, or “Russian carousel” mode, exploiting immense forces of nature by applying minimal forcing.

Exposure Deprives Russia of Main Weather War Advantage

This is a genius approach that Putin counted on to conquer the world. But the weather and climate weapons are effective only if they are stealthy.

As soon as they are exposed and identified, they lose the main advantage - impunity, avoiding retaliation while consistently and massively destroying adversaries’ - the West and potential adversaries, #China and #India, which suffer from Russian covert operations, despite Putin’s strategic love bombing.

Countering Russian weather and climate warfare leads to a more optimistic realization. Weather is manageable, and natural disasters and global climate degradation can be prevented.

Russia Weaponizes Polar Vortex Against Europe

 It was expected, but unnecessary, as it could have been prevented. The heat dome is not a result of Super El Niño, which hasn't come yet. Both the heat dome and the intensified El Niño result from Russia's ongoing manipulation of the polar vortex, which I have been trying to draw attention to since autumn to prevent this.

By artificially disrupting the polar vortex, which is easy and cheap from a technological point of view, Putin managed to create prolonged, intensified natural disasters - be it tornadoes, blizzards, ice, freezing rain, floods, etc. at the weather level, while simultaneously melting the Arctic ice, which is the climate level. Climate level change leads to self-reproducing disasters at the weather level.

The news that Finnish climate researchers successfully deployed stratospheric aerosol shields https://tinyurl.com/4d77a2bh, which lowered local temperatures by degrees, has already provoked massive panic in Russia despite the experiment's innocence. Why?

An effective atmospheric filter (if harmless) could be a kind of pushback on Russia's efforts to melt the Arctic to improve its climate while distorting the global climate and damaging the rest of the world.

While Russia mostly acts in the hydrosphere, the atmospheric response is better than nothing. The experiment, if scaled up, could have a real effect on preserving the #AMOC, as the main reason for its 15 percent slowdown is Russia's intentional destruction of Arctic ice formed in Russian waters, which should naturally shelter the Greenland ice sheet long before it reaches Greenland.

Natural flows of "young ice" from the nurseries in the Russian Kara and Laptev seas are replaced with warm-water flows. Instead of growing the Greenland ice sheet, warm water melts it, creating a Cold Blob across the Gulf Stream's path that blocks its forward movement and dilutes it with fresh, warm water, which also prevents AMOC from overturning and stalls it.

The result of Amoc slowing would be severe cooling in Europe. Despite global warming, a major slowdown can cause temperatures in Northern Europe (such as the UK and Scandinavia) to plummet drastically, creating unpredictable springs and much harsher winters, the signs of which already occur.

For the US, the immediate result would be U.S. East Coast sea-level rise. As the northward flow slows, massive amounts of warm water pile up against the eastern seaboard of North America, dramatically accelerating localized sea-level rise in cities like New York and Boston, a trend already noticeable.

An AMOC slowdown severely affects China and India by disrupting East Asian climate patterns, leading to major problems. The massive heat dome in India is one example that will only worsen as the slowdown of AMOC intensifies El Niño into a Super El Niño, with catastrophic consequences for Indians.

Putin's "Sovereign Climate Doctrine" in Action

In 2009, Russia adopted a Sovereign Climate Doctrine. The word "Sovereign" implies that any efforts Russia undertakes to improve its climate are legitimate if carried out within Russian and Russian waters, regardless of their damaging impact on other countries. As Russia controls de jure more than half of the Arctic and de facto the rest, Russia has already freed itself from any responsibility toward the countries it destroys.

Even if Russia already has many more "military-technical" means engaged in climate warfare, including both the hydrosphere and the atmosphere, the Finnish climate researcher's moves downplay Moscow's efforts and, if scaled, could potentially restore Arctic ice. Especially if Russia's invisible warfare is stopped.

No one wants to position the move as a war effort, but self-awareness of what is happening is necessary. The best way to stop Putin's invisible climate war against the world is to help Ukraine win the war and replace the current regime, delusionally obsessed with global climate change in Russia's favor.

Putin's Weaponization of Super El-Nino and Xi's Super Powers Over Russia

China is one of the most affected countries by the Russian climate war, as climate change significantly intensifies natural disasters, affecting China, including the impending Super El Niño artificially intensified by Russia in advance.

While China, as well as other countries, will suffer from Super El Niño, Russia will benefit in many ways, including the considerable melting of Arctic Ice and improved crop yields on the backdrop of SuperElNiño-induced global food shortages.

China is the only country with real influence over Russia and can stop Putin from further heating the waters of the Pacific, thereby de-escalating disasters before they happen and preventing massive cataclysms worldwide.

My experience shows that only exposing Russian weather meddling stops it, at least for some time, but the effect is immediate. The lasting results necessitate consistent state effort to keep Russians in check, which hasn't happened yet.

But to stop Russia, Chinese leaders should stop perceiving Russia as a big ideological brother, letting Putin, using reflexive control, lovebombing, and other manipulative techniques, covertly impose his will on China as he usually does.

All this is especially important in the context of Putin's negotiations with XiJinping, which are happening these days.

UN Climate Top Committee Follows Party Line

The fact that "the UN climate top committee" softened their scenario doesn't mean there isn't climate change or global warming. This means that "the UN climate top committee" (IPCC) follows the ruling party line, money, and Russia-produced special weather effects meant to distort perception, rather than adhere to consistent facts. This happened before; it happens now.

The UN climate top committee, or the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), was created by the Russians as a way to impose the CO2 theory as a cover-up for their active measures to change the global climate in Russia's favor by destroying the Arctic ice, and to manipulate the climate/weather narrative. And the Russians continue to do the same, using more covert methods.

The Russians are having fun advising Northern European countries to curb CO2 emissions while actively heating up the Ocean around Greenland, thereby artificially creating the Cold Blob in the North Atlantic and blocking the AMOC/Gulf Stream from reaching these countries. This is just one example of the Russians using the CO2 theory to camouflage their climate warfare.

The entire activity of the IPCC is subject to international political consensus. Without Putin's permission, no report is issued, and until recently, all the IPCC reports were compiled by Russian scientists to align with Russian interests in spite of reality.

The fact that CO2 doesn't have a sole or primary effect on the climate doesn't mean there is no climate change.

Instead of automatically attributing global warming or climate change to atmospheric CO2 concentration, attribution science should focus on the real drivers of climate change, not only those approved by Democrats or Republicans.

Science should not be politicized. MAGA, ideologically based on Russian propaganda, Reflexive Control, and PSYOPS, should not define whether climate change exists or not, and impose Russian propaganda and Russian climate war ruse as a scientific fact.

Of course, it is a comforting sensation for Donald J. Trump to get the IPCC under control (together with Putin), but this doesn't change the fact that climate change, distorting the global climate in Russia's favor, is accelerating. Which, in fact, is Russia's Global Climate War against the world, not an abstract Global Climate Change.

Uncritically falling for Russian propaganda instead of creating conditions for apolitical research, combining vision with military, scientists, and meteorologists, to be able to oppose the Russian "military-technical" climate and weather warfare, is tantamount to suicide.

Volcano as Cheap Weather and Climate Weapon

Kīlauea erupted again. 48th time since December, 2024. It is interesting that the U.S. Geological Survey describes all other aspects of the eruption except its thermal influence on Pacific Ocean temperatures, which show extreme warming not only at the ocean surface but also at depth. Why? Because, according to the official climate theory, for global warming, including the oceans, only the concentration of CO2 matters.

The rest is neither mentioned nor discussed despite the fact that the Pacific waters turn to vapor upon contact with volcanic lava that emerges at roughly 1,100–1,200°C (2,000°F+) during eruptions, lasting about 12 hours.

Enormous quantities of heat are transferred, seawater boils instantly, steam plumes form, local circulation changes, and underwater thermal gradients develop; the immediate coastal ocean can become significantly warmer over areas ranging from meters to several kilometers.

Also, the Kīlauea eruption triggers a much larger volcanic and hydrothermal system beneath the ocean around the Hawaiian hotspot, meaning magma heats groundwater and seawater underground.

Volcanic heat affects stratification locally, weakening local thermoclines, enhancing vertical mixing, creating buoyant plumes, and altering coastal currents, especially if eruptions are prolonged or repeating on a regular two-week basis, lava enters deep water, and submarine volcanic activity increases.

The ocean near Hawaii begins to behave like a giant heat sink as lava injects concentrated geothermal energy, and seawater rapidly absorbs and redistributes it around the Pacific. Even if the influence is small relative to the scale of the Pacific, it still exists.

What is puzzling to me is the scientific consensus's decisiveness (uncovered by AI) to minimize the effect to a local level, while insisting that, at the level of the whole Pacific, the influence is tiny.

The argument goes that "the Pacific Ocean is unimaginably vast and stores vast amounts of thermal energy from the Sun. Even a powerful volcanic eruption contributes only a very small amount compared with solar heating, atmospheric circulation, ocean currents like the North Pacific Gyre, and climate-scale heat transport."

Therefore, "Kīlauea strongly heats nearby ocean regions, sometimes intensely, but does not significantly raise the temperature of the entire Pacific Ocean."

However, there is no need for dramatic change in the Pacific Ocean temperature to cause significant change in weather patterns - a fact, for some reason, actively neglected by the scientific consensus.
