Russians foreseeably retreated to avoid the risk that the covert military-technical means could be detected and neutralized, as well as to become tangible proof of Russian weather operations on US territory.  Instead, after deactivating the artificial pattern forcing, the machinery can rest until next time, when the Russians decide to activate it to create a similar omega block or another damaging weather configuration with their participation. 

WEATHER  POLAR VORTEX  WEAPONIZATION 

The new weather setup is the same polar vortex artificial disruption (caused in a different place), producing an intervention of the Arctic cold air, describe by meteorologist as "unreasonable  Arctic blast," heading to the US East with temperature dropping by 10 F. Unreasonable or excessive as the Russians waited until the reservoir of Tropospheric polar vortex will be filled with the cold air remnants fro Stratospheric polar vortex to produce a vast and intense  Arctic cold front, able to create on the US territory a contrast temperature whiplash, necessary for destructive weather patterns like tornadoes, thunderstorms, derechos and storms.

Second ingredient for extreme weather is channeling of warm moist air front from the artificially Russia-heated Gulf, which reaches as far as the Great Lakes, artificially heated by “fireballs” or Russian nuclear micro-reactors, which continue to fly to the US territory with a goal  to increase the capacity and intensity for deadly “natural disasters.”

The collision of a wide Arctic cold front with a wide, moist warm front from the Gulf, combined with a hot, dry wind from the Mexican high desert, creates an ideal setup for strong tornadoes and related phenomena. If the high-voltage generator for supercell seeding from the Mexican high desert is applied, Putin’s kind of “Perfect Storm”- meaning deadly and destructive- is assured.

CLIMATE POLAR VORTEX  WEAPONIZATION  

The Russia-produced artificial polar vortex disruption works not only as a weather weapon by creating ideal conditions for Perfect storm, but by redirecting the cold air from the Arctic to the US territory Putin accelerates the melting of the Arctic during the Polar Day season, when the Sun radiates continuously for 24 hours per day without ever dropping below the horizon until the autumn, when a new Stratospheric polar vortex starts to create. 

Otherwise, without Russia's artificial disruptions, the remnants of the Stratospheric Polar Vortex would keep the Arctic cold during the summer, Polar Day season, preserving the ice till the next winter as it should be, and would mildly cool the US and European territory during the summer until the autumn.  

Thus, the Russians use the artificial disruption of the Polar Vortex as both a Weather Weapon to create extreme weather within the US (Europe) and a Climate Weapon, accelerating the melting of the remnants of Arctic ice and intentionally distorting the Global Climate.

AMOC SLOWDOWN LEAVES EUROPE OVERHEATED

The reason for the marine heat anomaly is the AMOC slowdown intentionally provoked by the Russians as part of their climate war against Europe and the US, while improving the Russian climate. As the AMOC is blocked, it doesn't carry warm water from Europe to the Artcic and doesn't bring back cold water, which ensures a moderate climate both during the summer and winter.

Instead, the European climate turns into a continental one with extremely cold winters and extremely hot summers, a kind of uninhabitable continental climate, characteristic of the Russian East.

By intensely melting and physically destroying the Artcic ice and Russian inland permafrost, which block the AMOC, Putin in real time swaps the Russian uninhabitable climate for the European moderate and mild climate, turning Europe and the US, which should sink, as well as India and China, into uninhabitable territory while the Russian North East starts to prosper - tundra and swamps turn into agricultural land, the continental climate turns into a moderate one.

Ironically, the Chinese play the main role in the restoration of the Russian recovered "new territories," investing their money, labor, and technologies in them, which destroys the Chinese mainland. Do they realize what they are doing by de facto sponsoring global climate change by investing in Russia's North Sea Route, Arctic melting, and turning tundra into agricultural land? Without China, Russia would be unable to implement the project meant to ultimately destroy China.

Despite the costs of transformation - destruction of old infrastructure and buildings, the Russians associate their future prosperity with this transformation and the future destruction of the old world, which "unfairly" benefited from a mild climate until now. In the Russians' view, they "restore fairness" by intentionally destroying the global climate.

RUSSIA DEPLOYS NUCLEAR MICRO-REACTORS TO US AS WEATHER WARFARE INFRASTRUCTURE

The fall of fireballs, or Russian energy capsules, continues as Russia rushes to create a weather-war infrastructure that would allow Putin to manage U.S. weather from a distance, depending on his mood.

This explains why the fireballs, consisting from a booster, which explodes in the air, and the payload - nuclear micro-reactors- land into water bodies, be it an ocean, a lake, or a river, or into a wilderness or private property, where they will wait for their time to be activated remotely by the Russians, when they will fit into a specific weather setup meant to generate a deadly natural disaster.

They can be used as heaters when submerged in water or as power sources for other "military-technical means," such as high-voltage generators, producing deadly supercells when the overall setup is right.

The example of such a setup is an artificially orchestrated collision between Arctic cold masses, produced by a Russia-produced Polar Vortex (#PV) disruption, and warm moisture from the #Gulf, artificially heated by the previous batch of fireballs landed in the Gulf in March.

The instability and excess energy from the clash between a cold, dry front and a warm, moist one provide an ideal environment for artificial supercell seeding. I didn't mention the dryline with winds, which serves as a conduit for supercells from the high desert in Mexico, where the Russian high-voltage generators are located, into the American territory. Any private land inside the US, previously bought in Americans' names, can also be used as a launchpad.

The destination of supercell tornadoes, giant hail, derechos, or a combination of them depends on the calculated-in-advance potential triple point where all three ingredients meet, which explains why these disasters lately started to move into more populated territory. The reason is the same as for any other weapon - to maximize the damage.

PREVENTING RUSSIA FROM WRECKING AMOC

The E.U. stepping up Ocean Monitoring in response to the Trump Administration's actions is a good move, but not enough for Europe's survival. The stakes are much higher than "climate forecasting improvement and better anticipating changes to marine ecosystems."

This is not about fisheries; it is about military operations. Donald J. Trump should also consider transferring the ocean monitoring system to the military rather than dismantling it, since global war already unfolds in the oceans.

The fact that both the US and the EU are unable to acknowledge this doesn't mean it is not waged.

Careful choice of words to avoid irritating Russia and pretend that nothing is happenning is not a winning position. Putin knows what he is doing, and this is exactly what he and his acolytes mean while threatening to erase Europe or the US from the face of the Earth.

A critical slowing of AMOC, which can occur abruptly, even temporarily, would allow Russia to defeat both the US and the EU by inducing a disaster of apocalyptic proportions, and the forces of nature will do most of the work after being artificially unleashed.

For instance, an increase of less than 1 percent in ocean temperature in a certain area can trigger the collapse of the AMOC, which nobody can explain or stop because climate science itself can't address such challenges.

There is a need for a hybrid climate/weather/military science to respond to Russia's hybrid challenges, where such divisions have existed since Soviet times and are prioritized by Putin.

At the same time, such attacks can be prevented if US and European decision-makers come out of denial and face reality, as it is, not the reality carefully constructed by the Russian propaganda to blind the adversaries.

The huge gray area around the North Pole on the map, a so-called "polar data gap" (or satellite data blind spot), is where the Western sensors don't reach and where the Russians concentrate their most destructive operations.

COMFORTING SELF-DELUSION VS. STARK REALITY

The depiction posted by the National Snow and Ice Data Center https://tinyurl.com/2vywcpw5 is overtly deceptive because it doesn't account for the ice's volume and thickness, which are incomparable to those of 1979, while "ice extent and concentration" are abstract notions that, in themselves, mean nothing. In 1979, according to official data, the average ice thickness was about 3,5 m; now it is less than 1 m, and I doubt that the ice reaches 1 m, as all of the ice in the Arctic is one year old, and Russia conducts massive icebreaking operations in the Arctic to destroy it too.

The multiyear ice completely disappeared, except for some small anomalies that the paleontologists are ruthlessly destroying for no reason. In the 70-s, over two-thirds of the Arctic Basin was covered by thick, resilient multi-year ice, growing up to 5 meters (16 feet) thick.

Whom does the National Snow and Ice Data Center try to deceive, no matter intentionally or unintentionally, and what for? Who is behind the deception - is this the strategic self-deception on the level of a Russia-style "Climate Doctrine", or is it about a Russian infiltration/deception, meant to intentionally distort the real picture with the Arctic ice?

Is this the result of the Musk/DOGE reform of replacing professionals with Russia-aligned saboteurs? The question is more than just serious, as the Arctic is key to global climate and the survival of civilization is at stake. The demise starts from self-deception.
