It is clear that the objective of a significant U.S. military buildup in the #Caribbean, including the carrier USS Gerald R. Ford, its associated strike group, multiple guided-missile destroyers, a nuclear submarine, and a Special Forces hub, is not combating drug trafficking and transnational crime as it is officially declared. This is the continuation of the US-Russia #geophysical or weather war.
It took a lot of effort to protect the US territory from the monstrous Hurricane Melissa; however, as long as the heat persists and continues to grow due to constant water heating by Russian mini-nuclear reactors, the threat to the US is growing too.
Even though the hurricane season ends at the end of November, the new winter Tornado season starts in December. The intensity of the upcoming tornadoes depends directly on the amount of warm, humid air produced by the Gulf and the Caribbean, on the one hand, and the intensity of Polar Vortex disruptions/shifts, on the other. The greater the temperature contrast, the more dangerous the tornadoes and winter storms affecting the US become.
As the military deployment shows, #Trump can control the Caribbean and the Gulf and prevent their artificial heating by disabling the Russian nuclear heaters. Of course, if Putin won't intervene, in one form or another, to protect his Caribbean-based geophysical arsenal under the pretext of helping Caribbean partners, who can be unaware of Russian nuclear-heaters placements, as they are negatively affected by them too.
However, the Arctic is entirely controlled by Moscow, where Russians intentionally disrupt the polar vortex, causing huge damage to the US and Europe during the winter season.
Nobody has access to the #Arctic at the scale the Russians do, which lets them weaponise the polar vortex against the West and NATO countries. Russia possesses a massive fleet of nuclear icebreakers, special icebreaking submarines, and floating nuclear power plants, which from the start are used as geophysical weapons meant to modify the Arctic environment and make this change irreversible.
By destroying the Arctic ice, the Russians undermine the global climate, which depends on Arctic ice as a critical component of the global climate system. It stops being a "global air conditioner"—the Arctic's natural role, which completely distorts global air and water currents, affecting all countries, including China, India, and others—by increasing the frequency and intensity of natural disasters.
Interestingly, both the US and Russia pretend that the military deployment is affecting the Caribbean countries and is not a Russia-US military crisis, this time a geophysical one. Hiding the real situation benefits Russia. The US looks like an aggressor while in reality protecting its interests and the interests of the Caribbean countries, suffering from Russia-intensified storms and hurricanes.
