Wildfire or Firestorm? The Wording Matters. Observer Effect 4.0

What looks like war, smells like war, and has the consequences of war is a war.

The word #Wildfire is perceived as a fire ignited by mostly natural causes like lightning or occasional, unintentional arson. What happens in the #UK and # Europe is definitely artificially ignited by professional arsonists and is a matter of arson, not natural lightning.

The most correct definition is firestorm, which is artificially/intentionally ignited with a hostile purpose. A firestorm could be defined as "weaponized wildfire," or "rapidly intensified firestorm," as an analogy to a rapidly intensified hurricane, which creates its own self-enforcing weather system.

Firestorms, once professionally ignited and rapidly intensified, taking into account topography and given a direction, continuously self-generate and expand, capturing huge new territories and advancing in a given direction, which could be corrected by topography.

The fact that, according to the media, so-called UK "wildfires" are targeting three nuclear plants only proves that these are artificially ignited firestorms, not spontaneously appearing wildfires.

Also, it is also important to understand that this is not climate change that is responsible for these firestorms, but a climate, weather, geophysical (all in one) war by Russia against Europe and the US, as I have written many times over the last few years.

Observer Effect 4.0

The more precise the wording is, the more adequate the response is. It looks like France, better than others, understood the situation by involving the military in neutralizing the firestorm.

The mere fact that France de facto recognized this attack as a war by employing the military, instead of a renewed and strengthened heatwave, as the meteorologists forecast, led to normalization of the weather and easing of the firestorm, while Spain and Britain still fight the fire.

This recognition, which Emmanuel Macron emphasized by mentioning that this is a disaster comparable only to WWIII, turned on what I name an Observer Effect - as soon as the Russians understand that they are exposed, they retreat to soften the situation and return again when they are not expected, and there is no Observer Effect.

This means that if the Observer Effect is permanently on, it would restrict the Russian attacks permanently. Weather/climate/ geophysical warfare is effective only when it is not detected and acknowledged and doesn;t provoke retaliation by other military means.

Data Centers as a Geophysical Climate Weapon.

Data centers, among others, are huge heating machines that work 24/7 and destroy not only the local environment but also the global climate. Deadly heatwaves and wildfires are direct consequences of the mindless expansion of data centers, as humanity is unable to digest what has already been done.

New environmentally friendly technologies should become a focus, not mindless scaling of already obsolete technology, which destroys the planet and also produces damage that humanity is unable to assess yet.

If progress occurs in a rush and without being understood and directed in the right direction, it produces more harm than good. In fact, this is an assured path to self-destruction, fueled by billionaires' blind greed and the global AI race. Instead of winning the global race, countries can self-destruct first.

China is more creative by placing data centers underwater, but at the end of the day, it's not water that cools data centers as the Chinese present it. It is data centers that heat the water, increasing the ocean's temperature and, by default, growing the danger of super typhoons, to which China is extremely vulnerable.

It's time for international negotiations a bout the future of data centers, AI, and humanoid robots, instead of potential mindless self-destruction. The talks should recall the 20th-century nuclear disarmament negotiations between the U.S. and the USSR, but this time between the US/West and China.

This is the way if the world doesn't want to self-destruct, be it through climate damage or a high-technology WWIII, with the only winner being Russia, which benefits from both global warming and the US and China's mutual destruction.

Russia Climate and Weather Warfare Behind EU and US Heanwaves

The deadly #heatwaves in both Europe and the US result from two main factors.

First, the artificial global warming caused by Russia's intentional melting and warming of the Arctic and Russia's inland permafrost.

Second, Russia artificially created atmospheric roadblocks that cause weather patterns, such as heat, to stall for prolonged periods in one place instead of freely moving, refreshing the air and alternating with other weather patterns like rain, creating fair weather.

While heat, trapped by artificial atmospheric roadblocks on both sides, creates deadly heat domes/waves, a prolonged locked-in rain pattern creates deadly floods.

What amazes me is the fatalism with which such abnormality, or rather, attacks, are perceived in the 21st century, as they were by primitive tribes at the onset of civilization. Even then, primitive people tried to influence the weather somehow, be it just by dancing around a fire to invoke rain.

Climate Science is so fractured, with scientists locked within narrow specialization, that nobody can see the big picture. Researchers do only as much as they are paid for and voice only what they are allowed to voice.

Against this backdrop, the Russians, passionate about destroying the West, easily advance their agenda, be it through propaganda and disinformation, disguised as scientific papers, under the false flag of Western researchers. Or by infiltrating the controlled individuals in the Trump Administration, who destroy everything that could raise awareness about the climate disaster and weather weaponization.

As a result, Russia is winning enormously from the Western resignation. Moscow has all the tools necessary to continue cultivating this passivity by brainwashing both the public and the decision-makers, while physically destroying the West by weaponizing both #climate and #weather.

Instead of creating an effective task force of climatologists, meteorologists, and military personnel able to detect and counter Russian weather and climate covert warfare, Trump revives a climate program, which, due to a climate skeptic appointed to lead it, should prove that climate change doesn't exist.

The situation is not better in Britain and Europe, where weather and climate institutions are infiltrated by the Russians, who "relentlessly dictate their will to the enemy", masterfully exploiting all their weaknesses against them.

The climate science and meteorology that I have studied over several years as an expert on Russian hybrid warfare is, in the main, a collection of myths, artificial notions, and stereotypes that contradict one another, confuse cause with effect, and cannot be applied constructively.

Therefore, the only explanation for any anomaly is eye-rolling and invoking Mother Nature instead of investigating the situation. Next time, an anomaly becomes a new normal, and Russia-induced degradation continues, methodically destroying the unaware and passive West.

Cyclone As a Weapon?

Is it even possible to redirect a typhoon as I suggest in my previous post on OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0? According to Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn, deputy chief of naval operations in charge of research and development, as expressed in his 1973 article,

"A severe storm or hurricane striking a naval force may well inflict greater damage than could an enemy.

The capability to change the direction of destructive storms and guide them toward enemy concentrations may exist in the future arsenal of the naval tactical commander."

It looks like the Russians implemented what Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn predicted, while the US abandoned the explorations for political reasons, due to Russian covert influence operations, and channeled the efforts in a false direction.

And it is obvious to me that there were real results of the research on how to redirect a hurricane which were

buried somewhere in archives. I can think of at least two methods for doing this, especially using the modern capabilities which the Russians use.

This is exactly what happens now. What Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn didn't foresee and what the Russians do now is that the weather weapons could be used not only in a battle as an additional weapon, but completely replace the battle.

Deadly heat waves in Europe and overwhelming floods in the US are just some examples of the multiple uses of #weather #weapons instead of conventional weapons.

"Ability to control the weather could introduce greater changes in warfare than those which occurred in 1945 with the explosion of the first nuclear weapon," prophesied Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn.

Weather weapons are much more flexible and advantageous than nuclear weapons, which are the weapon of last resort. Russians don't want to use nuclear weapons, as this would immediately invoke an inevitable retaliation.

Instead, Moscow is actively using weather weapons, which inflict overwhelming damage on the adversary without being detected or retaliated against, gradually destroying the enemy with a "thousand cuts" of artificially provoked "natural disasters".

This is not the first time I have posted the lost article. The first time I posted it was in 2024, after the tragic Hurricane Helene, along with my research on the exposure of Russian weather warfare "military-technical measures," as Putin puts it. Since then, there have been no #hurricane landfalls in the US mainland. While typhoons continue attacking the US Pacific territories and military bases.

OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0. Weakened Typhoon Bavi made landfall in China

OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0. #Typhoon #Bavi made landfall in China at Category 1, the weakest category for a typhoon. Nevertheless, China evacuated about two million people.

A couple of days earlier, the #US #Mariana Islands, which host major US #Pacific #military bases, were targeted by the strongest Category 5 #Super Typhoon Bavi.

But it "missed the target," slipping through the gap between the islands after correcting its path due to the #ObserverEffect I activated.

The impact of Category 5 #Super Typhoon Bavi making landfall would be devastating, especially because the #Mariana Islands hadn't yet recovered from the previous Super Typhoon #Sinlaku, which made a direct landfall there three months ago, completely devastating them.

Second Super Typhoon Bavi, making a direct landfall on the Mariana Islands, would finish what the first, Super Typhoon Sinlaku, started, together with the US #Pacific #military bases.

Usually, a landfall on the Mariana Islands occurs once every 4-5 years, not once every 3 months, as this was about to happen.

The devastation would have multiplied, and the culprit would have been called Mother Nature, letting Russia avoid both detection and retaliation.

When exposed, Russia loses this advantage and prefers to retreat, as without the stealth, #weather #warfare loses its main advantage and no longer makes sense. This is how the Observer Effect works.
