Meteorologists are disappointed with tropical system #Bertha, calling it "an ugly, lopsided, disorganized storm" or "sloppy, disheveled, and unimpressive tropical depression, struggling to become Bertha," as Matthew Cappucci put it when the storm was still a disturbance.
But it looks like from now on, tropical ‘entities,’ be it a disturbance or a storm, should look blobby, meaning more transformable and preventable without a chance of turning into catastrophic hurricanes.
It will work in two ways. First, Russia, seeing that these efforts are neither effective nor invisible, will stop heating the water in the Gulf or other places and steering thunderstorms using nuclear-powered high-voltage apparatus, which has operated since Soviet times and was significantly modernized lately. I wrote how the Russians use them to provoke the most dangerous supercell tornadoes.
The current disappointment with Bertha recalled the situation in March, when a promised supercell tornado didn't happen, and meteorologists had to apologize for the wrong forecast. The tornado was suddenly canceled by the Russians after my post exposing them. I know that it sounds odd, but this is how the Observer Effect works: Weather weapons are effective only when they are undetected.
There are other devices that could be used for tornado and hurricane generation, which are primarily used for Polar Vortex/Jet Stream disruptions, as the main weapons in both weather and climate warfare. Or it could be a combination of them for maximum effect.
A second approach is managing the tropical depressions at the early stage using preventive geophysical methods. Some of them could already be in use; others could be developed.
The thrill hunters will definitely be disappointed - instead of an exciting adventure, neutralizing a potential hurricane will become a boring routine. While strong, beautiful hurricanes will remain in myths, legends, and old videos.
This low-pressure system appeared due to hot water in the Gulf, whether it was a natural occurrence or Russia-warmed water using nuclear mini-reactors. It was naturally suppressed by two weather phenomena, which could also be engineered on demand.
First, the Saharan Dust Plume, which brings hot dust and air, and whose particles create a blanket, preventing the storm's vertical development.
The second factor is a heat dome over the #US and #Gulf Coast. Its high pressure creates strong wind shear, which destroys the vertical structure of the system, too, depriving it of fuel - hot water- and, in such a way, starving the storm, or driving the system to the South to discard the rain into the water, instead of a massive inland landfall.
