Objectively,Trump is not interested in negotiations with Russia, but in Ukraine's victory over Russia

Objectively, Donald Trump is not interested in Ukraine's negotiations with Russia. The US is interested in Ukraine's victory over Russia, even if there is still no understanding of it. However, realizing that the US and the West are already at war with Russia should change this suicidal approach to arming Ukraine. Moreover, if the US and Europe plan to survive in a war with Russia, they should be ready to oppose Russia by all means before it is too late.

The hidden war of attrition against the US, which Russia already wages, will turn into a war of extermination as soon as Russia wins in Ukraine if the West chooses to impose capitulation to Russia on Ukraine instead of strengthening military aid. Such a strong and devoted partner like Ukraine is a gift to the US. Unfortunately, until now, the US has played into Putin's hands by depriving Ukraine of the weapons and sacrificing Ukraine and the Ukrainians. 

However, to face Russia's aggression, negotiations with China are necessary, and Marco Rubio, sanctioned by the Chinese government, is not a good choice. He neither projects strength nor trust. Building a constructive relationship with China will be a challenging endeavor. Russia uses all possible means to ignite a war between the US and China, which is the cornerstone of its global strategy. 

Moscow, by clashing the heads of the two most powerful countries in the world and bleeding them dry, becomes the only global superpower by default.  Choosing Marco Rubio as Secretary of State plays into Putin's hands and promotes Russian interests by antagonizing China. However, unlike Russia, China is an inherently rational player. China's irrationality is a derivative of Russian influence, not an inherent quality. 

Economic interests and the issue of survival (Russia is waging a hidden war of attrition against China, too) will shape China's adequate political position if some cultural specifics of China and economic interests are considered. However, the Secretary of State should have strong economic and business thinking for such an approach. Mike Pompeo had the necessary charisma and was a virtuoso at building political relations with the outside world based on the United States' business and economic interests and creating solid alliances.  

Russia Winning the Weather War against the US

Russia is winning the weather #war against the US, which has already led to America's sharp decline and Russia's rise.  Why? Russia makes considerable investments into forced climate change in its favor, while the US and other damaged parties just don’t realize what is happening.

The melting of the Arctic ice opens up to Russia access to the Arctic Ocean and year-round navigation of the Northern Sea Route, which transforms Russia into a superpower. Melting of permafrost, which occupies three-thirds of Russian territory, is turning the wasteland into productive land. 

On the background of Russia’s active measures to reshape the global climate in its favor, America is in a passive observer mode, considering climate change to be an "unintended” consequence of fossil fuel use due to current climate theory.

However, as history shows, from the start, it was the Russian cover-up theory imposed on the scientific world, meant to camouflage active measures for de-freezing the Arctic and thus alter the climate around the world.

Cover-up climate change theory was necessary as since 70-s any significant and longterm environment modification was banned by the International Convention. “The ENMOD Convention is specifically intended to prevent use of the environment as a means of warfare, by prohibiting the deliberate manipulation of natural processes that could produce phenomena such as hurricanes, tidal waves or changes in climate...”

Russian active informational measures turned one of many climate theories (doctored to fit Russian needs) into the scientific dogma beyond doubt or criticism, accepted by the entire scientific community what gives Russia a free hand.

Moscow managed to infiltrate all climate science units in the US and the West with its agents, who actively impose Russian climate cover-up views, while Western scientists uncritically consume them and Western scientists base their decisions on Russian fake. Being brainwashed by Russians, the West is unable to oppose Russian actions - a climate or an attrition war against the West and the Rest.  The countries located below the Polar Circle suffer huge damage from Russia-imposed artificial climate change. 

New paradigm warfare is more robust than a declarative nuclear war.  One can't defeat or neutralize something one is unable to detect. However, Trump has an advantage over the Biden administration.
