Europe Heatwave As Russian Attack In Hidden Weather And Climate Warfare

The current heatwave in Europe is initially driven by two main elements: the Icelandic Low, a semi-permanent feature generated by warm Atlantic water, and the neighboring Cold Blob, a patch of cold water. The contrast created by two breaks in the jet stream, which creates the heat dome, results in a scorching heat wave over Europe.

The overall configuration is known as an Omega Block (shaped as the Greek letter (Ω)) with a high-pressure heat dome area over Europe, and two “legs” of low pressure along the heat dome. An Omega block can result from the interplay of natural weather patterns or be artificially intensified, turning into a deadly weather weapon.

First “leg,” a combination of an artificially intensified Iceland Low (marked with “L” in the picture) and an artificially cooled Cold Blob, breaks the jet stream, creating a “roadblock” to free air movement and exposing Europe to scorching heat from Africa.

Hot air produces a sharp redirection of the jet stream southward, where it gets anchored by the "second leg” of the Omega block, in Black Sea in this case (also marked with “L”). It acts as another roadblock, preventing the pumped African heat from moving from Europe to Russia and Asia, where it naturally dissipates.

As the Omega Block's "second leg" moves eastward, it extends the area of heatwave from Western Europe to Eastern Europe and Baltic countries, easing the heatwave in Western Europe - the development we are watching now.

Practical Steps

To neutralize the heat wave, first of all, it is necessary to stop the Russians from intensifying the Island Low by artificially heating the ocean, which they achieve using special-purpose submarines with nuclear mini-reactors, and probably special devices producing vertical convection, capable of disrupting the jet stream and stalling the heatwave over Europe.

The second is to stop the Russians from artificially creating the artificial Eastern European Low in the Black Sea, which keeps the heatwave parked over Europe.

Third, it is necessary to stop the Russians from cooling the North Atlantic, which, together with meltwater from the artificially melted Arctic, creates what is known as a “mysterious Cold Blob.”

Cold Blob has a massive influence on stalling weather patterns like this heat wave, blocking and redirecting the Gulf Stream and the AMOC, directly affecting European and global climate, and being the main driver of global warming.

The Russians produce not only nuclear mini-reactors that heat the water I have written about many times. As one of the Russian producers of mini reactors bragged in an interview, they also produce nuclear mini-reactors that cool water.

These are two types of Russian geophysical weapons used to influence the weather by creating a contrast and intensifying natural weather phenomena on the scale of a weather disaster.

A difference of 1 °C in ocean surface temperature (!) is enough to create a significant change in weather, which is easily achievable using nuclear mini-reactors for both heating and cooling, and to overcome the 1 °C mark.

Working Under Outsourced Russian Surveillance  

As I wrote already, I am under constant surveillance by Elon Musk, who works as a cover-up for Putin’s weather and climate warfare, actively sabotaging and blocking me, while spreading Russian propaganda, to neutralize my efforts.

When I started collecting information and doing the search, I realized I was already under Musk’s (and his AI's) surveillance, which means the Russians know what I am working on and how spot-on I am before I can even publish anything.

I have already described the observer effect - when the Russians know that they are observed and can be exposed, they start to halt their operations.

This happened several times already, which looks like supernatural events, shocking even for me, when announced, already tornadoes were suddenly canceled, and a historical monster blizzard stopped in a couple of hours after my post. But the main thing here is that they clearly prove that my conclusions are right.

The Observer  Effect In Action 

This time, the situation has changed during my research online, as reported by AI: “The latest satellite-derived models, “the European jet stream transitioning away from its extreme 'Omega block' looping shape into a flatter, more direct west-to-east path.”

This means the Iceland/Atlantic Low/Cold Blob block was suddenly deactivated, and cold air from the Atlantic began to flow into Europe, then into Russia and Asia, which also meant that the Eastern European block was deactivated.

This supernatural development again confirms what I have written many times. Geophysical weapons are effective as long as they remain unnoticed. As soon as they are detected and exposed, they are deactivated to prevent detection and exposure, and to be able to use them later, as happened in the US.

"The North Atlantic Oscillation Is More Powerful Than The North Atlantic Treaty Organization”

The Russian oceanologist openly brags that artificial manipulation by the North Atlantic Oscillation is more potent than NATO’s military might, however, without going into details. A heatwave like a recent one is capable of incapacitating not only people but also infrastructure, including power systems, and thus the ability to use weapons.

Overall, the artificially induced prolonged natural disasters are an ideal weapon in a covert war of attrition - draining the strength and resources out of NATO while remaining undetected and unpunished

The Iceland Low and Cold Blob are their main weapons, as changing their parameters cannot only alter NAO phases but also create blocks that stall destructive weather patterns, be it deadly heat waves, rainfall, or floods.

Russia’s temporary retreat, which ended the heatwave, doesn’t mean they are gone forever. They will regroup and will come back, if allowed. As they did in the US, where Musk controls the perception of the weather both through reflexive control and by targeting propaganda efforts.

To stop destructive weather and climate patterns, it is important to understand the logic behind the Russians' actions and neutralize them by all possible means.

FROM RUSSIAN CLIMATE DISINFORMATION TO TRUMP'S MONITORING DISMANTLING

Interesting, both publications, USA Today and #CNN, agree that the cold blob is mysterious, even if there is nothing mysterious about it, and both suggest that it is an ominous sign that #AMOC is slowing down. While in reality, the cold blob is the result of Russia's active melting of the Arctic with a goal to make AMOC slow down, as it will destroy Russia's main adversaries - Europe and the US first- as part of #climate #warfare.

Also, for some reason, one publication shows a single cold blob, while another shows two. The pictures with two cold blobs appeared lately without any explanations but with the goal to confuse and disinform, to blind the West - scientists, meteorologists. decision-makers, civil society.

The disinformation campaign is part of the same "blinding campaign" as the Trump Administration's decision to dismantle the ocean monitoring system, a move that could have prevented the tragic developments.

This is more disinformation than I described, which completely destroys the picture in Russia's favor, blinding the West. Two instead of one cold blob is just the most obvious one.

COLD BLOB AS A MOVING TARGET

One of the most "mysterious" weather features that has lately attracted attention of meteorologists and propaganda is the so-called cold blob in the North Atlantic, which, on the backdrop of global ocean warming, is cooling.

The cold blob resulted from the Russians' efforts to melt the Arctic ice, which intensified in 2014. However, because of its significant influence on the weather setup, the cold blob itself is a target for manipulation.

As ocean water is much more inert than air masses, it is interesting to see how the cold blob is changing. In addition to blocking the Gulf Stream and AMOC from moving deeper into North Europe, the cold blob also creates an area of high air pressure, causing the jet stream to bypass it and change its configuration, which directly affects the weather in Europe.

Yesterday, I was quite puzzled by the placement, shape, and temperature of the cold blob, as it was definitely out of shape and out of place (the lower picture). Suddenly, it appeared near the US East Coast instead of its usual position southward to Greenland. Today, it is closer to its more traditional place, with a much smaller temperature gradient.

This means that #ColdBlob is much less stable and deserves much more attention. This means it is influenced not only by steady Arctic melting and added meltwater, but also by other factors. Just curious what it could be?

Probably, after all, the cold blob is not as mysterious as the propaganda campaign suggests it is.

HEAT WAVE IN EUROPE: NOT WEATHER BUT CLIMATE

The heat wave in Europe is not a weather variability, but a fundamental climate change, intentionally induced by Russia. Cooking heat is part of the new continental European climate, just as freezing winters are. Until now, the continental climate, characterized by extreme temperature differences between long, freezing winters and brief, warm summers, has been inherent for Russia.

Europe has benefited from a mild climate without sharp whiplashes or extremes, thanks to the Gulf Stream/AMOC, which acts as a heater in winter and an air conditioner in summer. This was always seen by the Russians as an unfairness that should be eliminated. Restoring climate fairness is how the Russians justify the climate warfare they wage against Europe and the rest of the world.

However, the #GulfStream/#AMOC strength and outreach have diminished significantly due to Russia's intentional melting of the Arctic since the 60s, when nuclear energy was mastered.

Russia's massive nuclear icebreaker fleet's first priority has always been breaking and melting the Arctic ice to improve the Russian climate, which automatically destroys the European climate.

Since 2014, #Arctic melting has accelerated rapidly. After the illegal occupation of Crimea, Russia started a quick reorientation to China. To activate the Northern Sea Route (#NSR), Russia's main transport artery to China, it had to melt the Arctic. As well as after Russia has lost access to Western technologies for working with the permafrost, the only way to access the oil and mineral deposits was to melt the Arctic.

2015 was the year the cold blob suddenly appeared due to Arctic melting. The decade since 2015 has been the one during which global warming has suddenly accelerated after a pause.

Cold BLob Weaponized

Initially, a cold blob appeared as an unintended result of the Arctic melting. However, very quickly, Russia, after understanding how the cold blob influences both global currents and European weather, intentionally weaponized it.

The cold blob, which acts as a weather block, can create prolonged heat waves or repeated storms and rain for weeks, leading to severe floods. Rather than the free movement of air masses, when rain is replaced by sunny days instead of intentionally stalled patterns, the weather is mild and harmonious.

In the same way, Russia weaponized the Polar Vortex, which not only creates extreme weather patterns but also accelerates Arctic melting, leading to both destructive weather and fundamental climate change.

I have been writing about this for years, but only now is the connection between the Arctic melting and the American and European climate starting to be noticed due to massive climate change.

Propaganda and disinformation make art of the climate war, as when the situation is seen clearly and meddling/de facto attacks are exposed, the problem can be resolved.

EUROPE"S HEAT WAVE VS. RUSSI"S CLIMATE PARADISE

While Europe is baking under a heat dome, Russia enjoys lukewarm weather with optimal temperatures for health. "The healthiest indoor temperature generally ranges from 20°C to 22°C (68°F to 72°F). Maintaining these temperatures supports your immune system and respiratory health."

"He who controls the weather controls the world," said then-Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1962, highlighting the strategic and military value of weather and climate dominance, particularly during the Cold War, which never ended on the Russian side. (For Donald J. Trump attention.)

It looks like the Russians learned the lessons and learned to manage the weather, while the US and the West still rely on the wrath of Mother Nature to explain weather anomalies, as did the most primitive tribes at the dawn of mankind.

Moreover, the West passively attributes to the artificially created anomalies the status of the new normal and tries to adapt to it instead of countering Russian covert aggression.

The heatwave provoked in Europe is artificial and could be easily prevented. But to do so, Europe, Britain, and the US should replace a victim mentality imposed by Russian #propaganda and Reflexive Control ops with a proactive approach based on the laws of physics, not on dogmas imposed by the adversary.

Hybrid Storm Arthur

"Storm costs, not climate" is a new Russian propaganda slogan, meant to confuse and disarm victims of their covert climate/weather attacks.

The remnants of former Tropical Storm Arthur caused heavy rainfall and flooding across the Gulf Coast. Officials reported numerous roadways underwater and homes damaged as floodwaters rose across the area.

Increasing #Storm costs result from climate change or, if we dig deeper, from a #climate #war, meaning intentional hostile climate modification by one geopolitical player, Russia, against another, like the US, or others, the rest of the world.

Deploying #nuclear #micro-reactors along the shores is the way to produce storms by simply heating the water, a fuel for storms and hurricanes, and combining it with other weather setups, as I described earlier, in Putin's multi-move strategy.

Warm water expands in volume - the phenomenon known as thermal expansion, which is the primary driver of global sea level rise itself, raising the baseline sea level, making daily tides and storm surges much more destructive. Thermal expansion fuels the storms themselves through the oceans' intense heat.

The latest tropical storm, #Arthur, is a good example that deserves close examination, as its creation, modification, intensification, and redirection at all stages are a blueprint of how Russians work and will continue to work as long as they don't meet counteractions.

Exposure of Russia's active climate measures is itself a countermeasure that can stop, redirect, or deintensify the storm, which otherwise could grow into a hurricane with far more devastating consequences than those it has produced.

Making people and decision-makers confused by #propaganda is a weapon on its own in climate #warfare. This explains why Putin dramatically increased investments in climate and weather propaganda, as evidenced by a rise in social media pages, YouTube videos, media publications, and even #scientific papers intended to impose a deceptive Russian version of developments as the ultimate truth under the false flag of free discussions or scientific research.

The more confused the victim is, the easier it is to attack and gradually destroy them without retaliation or even being detected.

This is a covert war, sneaky Putin always dreamed about, and this is the war he is positioned to win if propaganda and #deception tactics, weaponized against the victims, prevail over their awareness, common sense, and ability to counter these attacks in their permanent war of #attrition.

The Russians are changing approaches with the season, but not the hostile intent to covertly weaken and destroy passive victims, helpless due to intentionally induced confusion and blindness.
