NEW POLAR VORTEX DISRUPTION, NEW WEATHER SETUP

Russians foreseeably retreated to avoid the risk that the covert military-technical means could be detected and neutralized, as well as to become tangible proof of Russian weather operations on US territory.  Instead, after deactivating the artificial pattern forcing, the machinery can rest until next time, when the Russians decide to activate it to create a similar omega block or another damaging weather configuration with their participation. 

WEATHER  POLAR VORTEX  WEAPONIZATION 

The new weather setup is the same polar vortex artificial disruption (caused in a different place), producing an intervention of the Arctic cold air, describe by meteorologist as "unreasonable  Arctic blast," heading to the US East with temperature dropping by 10 F. Unreasonable or excessive as the Russians waited until the reservoir of Tropospheric polar vortex will be filled with the cold air remnants fro Stratospheric polar vortex to produce a vast and intense  Arctic cold front, able to create on the US territory a contrast temperature whiplash, necessary for destructive weather patterns like tornadoes, thunderstorms, derechos and storms.

Second ingredient for extreme weather is channeling of warm moist air front from the artificially Russia-heated Gulf, which reaches as far as the Great Lakes, artificially heated by “fireballs” or Russian nuclear micro-reactors, which continue to fly to the US territory with a goal  to increase the capacity and intensity for deadly “natural disasters.”

The collision of a wide Arctic cold front with a wide, moist warm front from the Gulf, combined with a hot, dry wind from the Mexican high desert, creates an ideal setup for strong tornadoes and related phenomena. If the high-voltage generator for supercell seeding from the Mexican high desert is applied, Putin’s kind of “Perfect Storm”- meaning deadly and destructive- is assured.

CLIMATE POLAR VORTEX  WEAPONIZATION  

The Russia-produced artificial polar vortex disruption works not only as a weather weapon by creating ideal conditions for Perfect storm, but by redirecting the cold air from the Arctic to the US territory Putin accelerates the melting of the Arctic during the Polar Day season, when the Sun radiates continuously for 24 hours per day without ever dropping below the horizon until the autumn, when a new Stratospheric polar vortex starts to create. 

Otherwise, without Russia's artificial disruptions, the remnants of the Stratospheric Polar Vortex would keep the Arctic cold during the summer, Polar Day season, preserving the ice till the next winter as it should be, and would mildly cool the US and European territory during the summer until the autumn.  

Thus, the Russians use the artificial disruption of the Polar Vortex as both a Weather Weapon to create extreme weather within the US (Europe) and a Climate Weapon, accelerating the melting of the remnants of Arctic ice and intentionally distorting the Global Climate.
