Cyclone As a Weapon?

Is it even possible to redirect a typhoon as I suggest in my previous post on OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0? According to Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn, deputy chief of naval operations in charge of research and development, as expressed in his 1973 article,

"A severe storm or hurricane striking a naval force may well inflict greater damage than could an enemy.

The capability to change the direction of destructive storms and guide them toward enemy concentrations may exist in the future arsenal of the naval tactical commander."

It looks like the Russians implemented what Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn predicted, while the US abandoned the explorations for political reasons, due to Russian covert influence operations, and channeled the efforts in a false direction.

And it is obvious to me that there were real results of the research on how to redirect a hurricane which were

buried somewhere in archives. I can think of at least two methods for doing this, especially using the modern capabilities which the Russians use.

This is exactly what happens now. What Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn didn't foresee and what the Russians do now is that the weather weapons could be used not only in a battle as an additional weapon, but completely replace the battle.

Deadly heat waves in Europe and overwhelming floods in the US are just some examples of the multiple uses of #weather #weapons instead of conventional weapons.

"Ability to control the weather could introduce greater changes in warfare than those which occurred in 1945 with the explosion of the first nuclear weapon," prophesied Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn.

Weather weapons are much more flexible and advantageous than nuclear weapons, which are the weapon of last resort. Russians don't want to use nuclear weapons, as this would immediately invoke an inevitable retaliation.

Instead, Moscow is actively using weather weapons, which inflict overwhelming damage on the adversary without being detected or retaliated against, gradually destroying the enemy with a "thousand cuts" of artificially provoked "natural disasters".

This is not the first time I have posted the lost article. The first time I posted it was in 2024, after the tragic Hurricane Helene, along with my research on the exposure of Russian weather warfare "military-technical measures," as Putin puts it. Since then, there have been no #hurricane landfalls in the US mainland. While typhoons continue attacking the US Pacific territories and military bases.

OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0. Weakened Typhoon Bavi made landfall in China

OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0. #Typhoon #Bavi made landfall in China at Category 1, the weakest category for a typhoon. Nevertheless, China evacuated about two million people.

A couple of days earlier, the #US #Mariana Islands, which host major US #Pacific #military bases, were targeted by the strongest Category 5 #Super Typhoon Bavi.

But it "missed the target," slipping through the gap between the islands after correcting its path due to the #ObserverEffect I activated.

The impact of Category 5 #Super Typhoon Bavi making landfall would be devastating, especially because the #Mariana Islands hadn't yet recovered from the previous Super Typhoon #Sinlaku, which made a direct landfall there three months ago, completely devastating them.

Second Super Typhoon Bavi, making a direct landfall on the Mariana Islands, would finish what the first, Super Typhoon Sinlaku, started, together with the US #Pacific #military bases.

Usually, a landfall on the Mariana Islands occurs once every 4-5 years, not once every 3 months, as this was about to happen.

The devastation would have multiplied, and the culprit would have been called Mother Nature, letting Russia avoid both detection and retaliation.

When exposed, Russia loses this advantage and prefers to retreat, as without the stealth, #weather #warfare loses its main advantage and no longer makes sense. This is how the Observer Effect works.

OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0: THE SUPER TYPHOON BAVI WAS REDIRECTED

Super #Typhoon #Bavi was diverted to a less damaging path for US Pacific military bases due to exposure, exactly as I wrote in my previous post on super typhoon. Bavi made landfall on the small Pacific island of Rota, 50 miles from the 3 #US major military bases. Rota is not a permanent base but an outpost used mostly as a temporary training ground for US troops.

"The storm started passing through the island of Rota Monday morning local time, according to the National Weather Service. The typhoon threatened other parts of the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. territory east of the Philippines, as well as Guam. The area was still recovering from another destructive cyclone earlier this year."

It looks like there was a fight over redirecting to a safer path to spare the three major US Pacific bases, which are still recovering from the previous attack by Super Typhoon Sinlaku three months ago.

The safer path prevailed due to the Observer Effect: when exposed, the Russians retreated to avoid detection and retaliation, thereby destroying their covert geophysical warfare, which is effective only when undetected. As forgiving as Donald J. Trump is toward Putin, the case could irritate the US military, creating additional problems for the US President.

This “double super typhoon case” is especially suspicious when a second super typhoon targets the same US military bases within three months, whereas the Mariana Islands, with their US military bases, are normally affected by typhoon landfalls only once every 4-5 years, not twice in three months.

According to National Weather Service meteorologist Edwin Montvila, "The typhoon "was a bit erratic" overnight into Monday morning, wavering north and south as it headed west toward the islands".

Also, according to Montvila, Super Typhoon Bavi appeared smaller than expected and moved faster, which reduced the damage over the island. Again, the damage was diminished due to the Observer Effect, as rapid intensification of hurricanes and typhoons before landfall is Russia's specialty.

OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0 OR HOW TO REDIRECT SUPER TYPHOON

As I wrote in my previous posts, the Super Typhoon Bavi was generated by the Russians as a geophysical weapon targeting the US military bases in the Pacific. Which, according to the #ObserverEffect, should at least prompt the Russians to try to change the trajectory of Super Typhoon Bavi.

And Bavi did change the trajectory's direction, which is less damaging. As the Russians can't stop it, atmospheric blocks, creating stalled Omega blocks, are lifted just by disconnecting the nuclear heaters heating the water and the devices creating the vertical convection necessary to disrupt the jet stream.

This was exactly what the Russians did after I wrote about the artificially created blockage.

Three hours after my post, instead of the promised intensification of the heat wave in New York, I enjoyed a nice, refreshing rain.

The Super Typhoons are too big and, once launched and intensified, create a huge momentum impossible to stop. The best that can be done in response to the Observer Effect is to slightly steer the typhoon toward a less damaging path.

It is the second super typhoon within three months targeting the three main US Pacific military bases situated on the Mariana Islands. To understand the impact of the first Super Typhoon Sinlacu, the power plant, which was destroyed during its landfall three months ago, still doesn't work, and people remain without power.

If the US response to the first Super Typhoon Sinlacu had been more active, the second Super Typhoon Bavi would never have happened. However, if the US insists that super typhoons in the Pacific or hurricanes in the Atlantic can't be artificially created/intensified, Putin agrees and sends more hurricanes and typhoons.

Technical Aspects Of Typhoon/Hurricanes Generation

From a physics point of view, to create a typhoon or hurricane, it is enough to artificially organize the disturbance already created by (artificially) heated water using simple nuclear-powered high-voltage generators that produce thunderstorms and supercell tornadoes.

It could be a single nuclear-powered high-voltage generator - or a rotating platform with several nuclear-powered high-voltage generators.

Once the disturbance is organized, the "snowball effect" turns on automatically. A small initial rotation turns a disturbance into a storm, which attracts more disturbances, builds upon itself, and grows larger, faster, and more powerful over time.

Like a snowball rolling down a snowy hill, the storm gathers momentum, increasing in scale and potential at an accelerating rate, and first becomes a typhoon and then a super typhoon, developing according to the laws of physics.

To redirect a super typhoon that has already gained momentum is much more difficult than launching it, but not impossible, as practice shows. The Observer Effect still works, which is good.

I wrote a couple of days ago that Putin will turn the 250th US anniversary celebration into a nightmare using the weather/geophisical warfare. And this is exactly what is happenning now.

The celebrations planned years in advance are canceled due to an extreme heat wave artificially induced by the Russians, which could have been prevented if weather warfare had been taken seriously. However, close to the #TrumpAdministration, the main weather expert, Elon Musk, convinced Donald J. Trump to disregard my warning.

Observer Effect as a Weapon in Weather War

I described what should be done in one of my previous commentaries on the heat wave in Europe, where the weather is still hot, but there is no stall pattern anymore, as the atmospheric blocks have been lifted by the Russians to avoid detection.

Terrorized by the heatwave, Europe wouldn't play with its own security. This is what I call the Observer Effect in weather warfare. As soon as the artificial pattern is detected, the Russians have no choice but to retreat, as the weather war's main advantage is its stealth.

The heat dome in the US is built exactly the same way as in Europe. This is usual for this time of year, Omega block, but intensified by weather-pattern manipulation, which is the essence of weather warfare: exploiting preexisting patterns and intensifying them to the scale of a deadly natural disaster.

Moreover, the Russians achieved such a level of mastery and created such a significant arsenal of necessary military-technical means that they can not only intensify but also build from scratch an inherent pattern for a targeted area, like the current heat wave known as the Ring of Fire.

Russia-induced Omega Block as Humiliation Ritual to Trump and The US

The current heat dome is initially triggered by the disruption of the polar jet stream, which created a curb, sucking hot air from the Gulf (already heated) into the center of the Omega block, and is sustained by another atmospheric roadblock that prevents the hot air from exiting the block.

The deadly Omega block can still be eased, especially after Observer Effect is on.

Trump should finally realize that "Russia, Russia, Russia," as he likes to repeat after every brainwashing session, is behind most of the nightmares which haunt him and his presidency, be it the lost war with Iran, economic decline, the weather and climate warfare Trump is losing to Russia, or humiliation rituals, which Putin regularly inflicts on Trump to weaken him.

Spoiling or aborting the 250th US anniversary is a humiliation ritual not only for Trump but for America, as well as his spoiled inauguration and the previous 4th of July celebration.

GLOBAL HEATING AS RESULT OF RUSSIA'S POLAR VORTEX WEAPONISATION

Russia is interested in global heating. To achieve the optimal temperature for Russia- getting rid of permafrost and swamps - the global temperature should increase by about 3"C.

This is exactly what I warned about during the entire winter when the Russians regularly kept disrupting the polar vortex in such a way, not only to create a whiplash between cold and warm air, which is a necessary precondition for all natural disasters in the US and Europe, but also to intentionally warm up the Arctic.

When, due to the artificial disruption of the polar vortex, cold Arctic air moves into the US or Europe, warm air from there moves into the Arctic, warming it up and melting the ice.

Along with other efforts, Russia undertakes to melt the ice: nuclear icebreakers, nuclear icebreaking submarines, and nuclear floating power plants. All of them are primarily geophysical, weather, and climate weapons in Russia's climate warfare, and secondary means of transportation or energy sources.

Russia's massive efforts and investments succeeded, and now the Arctic is on fire. After the Stratospheric polar vortex gradually dissipates in spring, the cold air should normally persist inside the Arctic Circle, preserving the ice, and gradually spread southward, cooling the US and Europe until the autumn, when the stratospheric polar vortex reappears.

The Russians destroyed this cycle by military-technical means they had accumulated over the years. Now, the world finds itself in th situation where the Arctic, as a natural air conditioner for the planet, instead acts as a radiator.

I described all this many times during 2025, when I first published the article on how the Russians technically disrupt the polar vortex. The article was attacked by Musk - text shortened by removing the most important parts, the rest distorted. I fought back, restoring the text to find it distorted again, and finally had to remove it altogether.

Musk launched a campaign to discredit me and my work, while secretly registering parts of my research as his own and creating a weather-holding company that consistently steals my work, duplicates it, and adapts it to the Russian propaganda needs. Definitely a genius.

However, it is not funny because if the measures identified in my research had been taken since January 2025, when I published it, the situation would be completely different now.

Now there is almost nothing left to save, especially given the super El Niño, which will culminate in winter and completely destroy any remaining Arctic ice.

The situation is tough, but Russian propaganda still exults in spreading propaganda about the nonexistence of climate change to mask their active measure to change the climate.

Along with the melting of Arctic ice, the Russians are actively meltingRussia's inland permafrost. The resulting meltwater creates the Cold Blob in the North Atlantic. It blocks the AMOC's flow before it reaches the Arctic, disrupting the global climate by preventing warm tropical waters from cooling and returning to the tropics, which naturally balances the climate and prevents extremes.

The mechanism is broken. The Russians turned the Arctic, a global natural air conditioner, into a radiator. The dystopian future is here. However, to restore balance in the future, Russian climate warfare should be stopped now, and Russia should be prevented from controlling the Arctic in the future.
