HOW RUSSIA USES ARCTIC "BLIND SPOT" IN ITS CLIMATE AND WEATHER WARFARE

The huge gray area around the North Pole on the map, a so-called "polar data gap" (or satellite data blind spot), is where Western sensors don't reach and where the Russians concentrate their most destructive operations.

The Arctic presents a significant, relative "blind spot" for many space-based monitoring systems, especially those using traditional geostationary satellites. While specialized, low-Earth orbit (LEO) polar satellites do cover these areas, the high latitudes still are challenging to monitor due to orbital mechanics, harsh atmospheric conditions, and the technical difficulties of imaging.

Therefore, the Russians feel free to intensify and amplify ice melting without being watched, which has a huge effect not only on the Artcic and Russian climate, but also on the US, Europe, and the global climate.

The main precondition for the climate and weather warfare, which Russia covertly wages against teh West and the world, is stealth, which allows Moscow to attack and drain the enemy without being detected and avoiding responsibility under the cover of Mother Nature.

Hostile Climate modification operations

To obtain a fair climate without an ice-covered Arctic Ocean and seas, without permafrost and swamps, which, due to freezing temperatures, together cover 75 percent of Russian territory, the global temperature should climb about 3C.

By achieving this goal, Russia gains an additional 75 percent of livable territory and saves an enormous amount of money on energy and other measures used for adaptation to the cold.

Therefore, changing the climate in its favor and making it irreversible looks to the Russians as a rational goal. Moreover, what the rest of the world perceives as a 3C increase is a danger for the Russians; every increase is a pretext for celebration.

Polar Vortex Weaponization Operations

Besides simply destroying the ice by various means, the arsenal of which Russia continually expands, the blind spot can be used to artificially disrupt the Polar Vortex, a main component of the most destructive natural disasters, be it tornadoes, blizzards, storms, heat domes, floods, and persistent climate degradation and global warming.

Accept this by disrupting the polar vortex and sending large cold air masses to lower altitudes; the squished and replaced warm air from lower latitudes moves to the Arctic polar circle, accelerating the melting of the Arctic ice.

All the artificially created chaos benefits Russia enormously and comes at a low cost, as the relatively moderate effort unleashes the huge natural destructive powers, overcoming by far any nuclear or conventional weapons, with no retaliation for the damage caused.

What to do?

To stop Russia from weaponizing the Arctic cold and hostile climate modification, the polar blind spot should not only be monitored closely, but also protected from Russian operations. This is an obvious but challenging goal, given Russia's overwhelming predominance in the Arctic.

Therefore, the only way to stop Russia from abusing the blind spot for hostile purposes, which is an act of climate and weather warfare, is for the West to help Ukraine defeat the current Russian regime, which de facto destroys the entire world to serve its interests.
