Recognizing #climatechange as a national security threat is definitely a step in the right direction. However, it is important to recognize that climate change is not only an unintentional result of human activities but also an intentionally induced environmental modification, which is the definition of Russia's climate war against the West, especially Great Britain.

By intentionally changing the global climate by melting the Arctic and inland permafrost, Russia moves the most favorable climate zone from #Britain. #Europe/#US/#China to Russia. In this way, the Russians increase their living space in Russia by 2/3 by turning uninhabitable regions of permafrost and swamps into the most favorable climate zone.
The expansion of living territory and resources, the main reason for all wars in history, occurs at the expense of the West without conventional aggression or border violations, which makes this war invisible.
Climate change as climate swap?
Why would Russia use conventional weapons to hit Britain if it can destroy it by prolonged floods, repetitive storms, deadly heat waves, a shift from a moderate, mild climate to a harsh continental one, while completely avoiding retaliation and even being detected as an aggressor?
While Russia shifts Britain's climate into a harsh, continental one, intrinsic to Siberia, the Siberian climate becomes a moderate, mild one, intrinsic to Britain. As the persistent heatwaves show, the gradual "climate swap" has already started.
While Western science, both in climate and weather, indulges in distorted, Russia-imposed views on weather and climate change, Russia uses modern #geophysical #weapons (dubbed by Putin "military-technical means") to disrupt or gradually distort natural weather patterns, creating blocks that lead to deadly and prolonged anomalies, and ultimately to climate change.
The Russians hope to one day turn the British/European climate transformation into something abrupt and deadly by exploiting vulnerabilities in the weather/climate system.
