It was really strange when last month, after my exposue of the Russian effort, two big lines of attack - a monster tornado wall and a monster blizzard were immediately neutralized and stopped, and replaced with an absolutely blank period from the severe weather perspective.
Why did it work then, and doesn't work now? There are more reasons. But the most important reason is that Russians were scared and ceased their operations as they were not prepared for a reply from the enforcement structures.
Therefore, one battle was won since the enemy was caught off guard. However, the enemy saw that no enforcement was applied, and after taking more precautions, the Russians restarted their operation.
Why were the measures not taken? One of the reasons is that the Russians have a good cover-up - Elon Musk. He actively promotes Russia's narratives using direct contacts with decision-makers, and created by him a huge weather network of disinformation on social media.
If, after all, some measures were taken, they are not enough. As in a conventional war, knowing the enemy's tactics and weapons used doesn't guarantee the ability to neutralize them.
Moreover, the Russian efforts were not only the use of the high-voltage generators to "produce supercells" and energy capsules to heat the water - they are secondary.
The primary factor is Russia's artificial disruption of the polar vortex, which creates preconditions for severe weather - a #whiplash along the moving line of collision between the cold Arctic front and warm Gulf moisture front.
The collision of two fronts creates an excess of energy necessary for generating severe weather - from thunderstorms to tornadoes, windstorms, flashy rains, and catastrophic floods, even without secondary intensifiers.
Before the problem with the persistent artificial disruption of the POLAR VORTEX (#PV) is resolved by neutralizing the Russia-provoked Sudden Stratospheric Warming, both climate degradation and "natural disasters" will continue to accelerate.
The current polar vortex disruption is the last in this extended "winter" season until next winter, which will start early with new polar vortex disruptions if the problem is not resolved.
The "false summer" we've been experiencing lately is a preview of what summer will look like when the time comes. We can't label it as "false something" because the analog of this coming something doesn't exist yet.
And this "something" will be a hot hell on Earth accompanied by massive "natural disasters" due to Russia's intentional and multiple disruptions of the polar vortex using it as a weapon against the US and Europe, while improving the Russian climate and extending its habitable territory.
Disruption of the polar vortex plays a dual role in both weather and climate wars - by creating a precondition for multiple natural disasters and by serving as a weapon to destroy Arctic ice, which has a global impact, perpetuating a vicious cycle of global warming.
All this happens against the background of the Russian aggressive propaganda effort spreading the idea that climate change and global warming don't exist to untie Putin's hands.
