Against the backdrop of massive historical flooding across the US, I came across an old Noah's Ark plan story that is now more relevant than when it was published, as Putin's plan has come to fruition.

In December 2022, amid Putin's disappearance, a Kremlin source suggested that Putin and a select circle are preparing their escape to Havana or Caracas if there was a serious threat that he could be toppled. The secret plan was codenamed “Noah’s Ark” but had a completely different meaning than suggested.
The plan is still in the works, but it is not about Putin's escape, and Havana and Caracas play a completely different role from that of a refuge for Putin's elites.
The plan is part of the Russian climate warfare, which, due to sea level rise, should sink the US, Europe, China, and other countries, or at least turn them into a disaster zone with permanent catastrophic floods and flash floods making life in these countries impossible.
Later, in 2024, Medvedev, in a message on X, suggested that Britain should sink in a couple of years, a suggestion that reinforces the symbolism of the Noah Ark plan. As well as the spokeswoman for the Russian MFA, Zaharova's comparison of the US with the Titanic days before the catastrophic 2024 hurricane Hellene.
To make the mentioned countries sink, it is enough to warm the Arctic, which raises the sea levels globally (climate warfare), and heat up the water along the coastlines of the mentioned countries, which also expands the water volume and starts to flood them, directly by sea tides, hurricanes, or by provoking flash floods by excessive rains.
The roles of Venezuela and Cuba are important, as the Russian partners, whose waters Russia should use to deploy nuclear micro-reactors, play a critical role in the rapid intensification of storms and hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico and the East Coast, where the US is especially vulnerable.
Territorial waters don't have boundaries for the spread of heat and moisture, but politically and militarily they are protected as a strict sovereign extension of a nation's land.
By provoking the cataclysmic flood, Putin positions himself as God, cleansing the earth of "human wickedness" - the typical Dugin narrative about an epic occult war between self-appointed "righteous Russia" and "wicked West".
After floods turn the territories of the sinking countries into unlivable, Russia will play the role of a Noah Ark - selecting who will be rescued and find refuge in Russia, working for Putin, who graciously saved them.
Where did Putin disappear? Probably he was busy personally running a special extreme weather operation, which is his favorite war, or more precisely, favorite hobby.
A hobby because there is no retaliation for his actions, as victims themselves are convincing each other that there is no such thing as weather warfare. Well, after being strategically brainwashed by the Russians for decades.
