As for #Storm Harry, it has produced a record-breaking 16-meter wave, the highest ever documented in the Mediterranean. It is not surprising that meteorologists named it "#Cyclone Harry," as it behaved like a cyclone rather than a typical storm.

There are enough signs to conclude that the #Cyclone was produced artificially using the same device that Russians use to intensify hurricanes during the hurricane and typhoon seasons, which are currently idle. The Russians decided to test them in the Mediterranean, which they so desperately envy.

The bad news is that, after successfully testing the device, which produced record-breaking destruction, they will definitely use it again to repeat the success. This is how Russian #climate weapons work.

The combined use of climate weapons, which distort the climate, and weather weapons, which provoke massive destruction on the local level, makes the Russians feel invincible without even being detected.

The good news is that awareness of their actions and corresponding actions to neutralize them - monitoring and prevention by expelling the Russian ships and undersea devices from the region, combined with coordinated actions with other countries to prevent the melting of the Arctic, are able to stop new Russian geophysical attacks.

But this demands a paradigm shift in how we understand the real Russian military strategy.

For the Russians, this is a sign of weakness and a signal to intensify the attacks.

Putin's war in Ukraine for the West is a blessing in disguise, as soon as the war stops without defeating Putin, he will increase covert geophysical attacks against the West. Putin realizes this and tries to end the war by the capitulation of Ukraine, which is now attacked both by conventional weapons and by the Russia-weaponized polar vortex, producing record cold in Kyiv.

The US also suffers from the Russia-weaponized polar vortex attacks. Putin didn't even spare Florida, where Trump resides. He takes particular pleasure in imagining what Mar-a-Lago will look like after the attack.
