PUTIN'S BIOLOGICAL WARFARE RACKETEERING SCH

The experts don't rule out the possibility that the case in Russia is about a genetically modified plague, or anthrax and other viruses under the generic "plague" code name, used as the basis for the "unknown virus" as a biological weapon, as I suggested yesterday, too. To make the unknown virus spread more quickly and more easily than the usual plague, and augment it with fragments of HIV, to make it even more deadly.

What could the Russian interests be? As we saw with #COVID, Russia was the first to develop a vaccine in early 2020, long before other countries began producing theirs. Probably, the Irkutsk lab is only one of many others, as Russia has one of the biggest bases for producing biological weapons in the world.

The trick didn't work then, as Russia was not as credible in the #US as now, due to the special relationship between Putin and #Trump, who de facto legitimized Putin and his military crimes and prioritizes business with Putin over US security interests.

This situation is especially dangerous for the US due to Putin's operator in the second generation, Rand #Paul, prosecuting #Fauci and dismantling the US biological research facilities together with #Gabbard and #Musk on Putin's demand, which will make creating a vaccine more difficult, benefiting Russia enormously. The preparations for "hour X," when Putin biological attack should strike, were in the making for quite a long time, including weakening the US defences.

Putin could try to spread the virus, probably via China again, and then pop up with a wonder vaccine, on which the Russians are working in parallel with genetic modification of #plague.

The scheme looks like a typical one for Putin since he worked in the St. Petersburg KGB/Mayor Office and, together with organized crime structures, practiced racketeering, imposing it on local businesses by creating problems and then selling them solutions.

The same racketeering scheme, but on a global scale, he tried to implement this time, but something went wrong, and humankind could avoid it together with the new pandemic, if the global leaders play their cards right, meaning if they isolate Russia at an early stage, meaning from now?

This means that not only should the US and the #EU take tough decisions immediately, but also synchronise their actions with other global leaders. I don't think that #China and #Xi want a repetition of the horror that COVID brought to the country.

The quicker the coordinated action is taken, the more chances there are to stop the pandemic's uncontrollable spread, which, in fact, is biological warfare for profit and global dominance. And again, an invisible war in the gray zone to avoid retaliation.
