#Hawaii is targeted by a hurricane again, this time more precise and closer than previous hurricanes, and with potentially more devastating damage, adding to the disaster already caused by previous attacks.
Winter will be even worse due to Russia-provoked prolonged and multiple Kona Lows causing massive floods. Last winter, there were two record-breaking massive Kona Lows. This year, it will be more numerous and intense due to an excess of El Niño moisture. And this is just one damaging scenario the Russians are working on for next winter.
The easiest way to stop Russia is to defeat it by helping Ukraine. To counter Russia's weather directly, there is a need for a better understanding of the mechanics of how Russian weather warfare works by manipulating massive weather patterns by activating much smaller switching mechanisms.
