Russia-manufactures Nor'easter Underway

RUSSIA-MANUFACTURES NOR'EASTER UNDERWAY 

While hurricanes had completely disappeared from the Atlantic this season due to a strong El Niño and Saharan dust, the Nor'easter pattern looks worrisome, as it can produce massive, prolonged flooding and serious coastal erosion, which gradually erases or chips away at the US territory, as it happens on the US West Coast in an even more dramatic way, too. In both cases, the erosion is provoked by Russia through jet stream manipulation.  

In this case, Russia uses the same jet stream manipulation technique it used to amplify damage by Hurricane Lowell and Hurricane Marie in the Pacific.

In both cases, this manipulation is an act of #war against the US, which the US is unable to even detect and identify, which offers Russia a huge advantage and impunity.

Even more so because Russia perfects its #weather #weaponry and techniques with every new covert attack, making next attacks even more destructive and deadly.

These attacks can be stopped. And in many cases, they were already stopped by the mere exposure because, to avoid being detected, the Russians are temporarily retreating to return at another time or place.

Meanwhile, the Russians continuously extend their weather warfare infrastructure inside and around the US, which significantly expands their capabilities and maneuverability.

Timing is also indicative - targeting the largest international event in New York, with 130 world leaders and hundreds of international diplomats arriving in New York.

The Nor'easter had missed the target, as its impact on air traffic would be felt only from midweek due to strong Nor'easter wind shear and low visibility from the multi-day deep moisture pull from the Atlantic.

The "error" was corrected by Monday's accidental cutting of a critical fiber-optic telecommunications line in New Jersey, which triggered massive FAA ground stops across JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and Teterboro airports.

Hundreds of flights have already been delayed or canceled, meaning the aviation system is entering the storm week with zero breathing room and a massive backlog of passengers.

The accident fits the Russian usual tactic. When the weather attack fails to produce the expected effect, they use traditional methods to create the intended chaos.
