The current nor'easter is artificially engineered by the Russians. Below is an interesting diagram showing the jet stream, strangely bent in a way to produce an upper cutoff low, the "parent" of this Nor'easter in the Atlantic.
I wrote about how the Russians are bending the jet stream to achieve a necessary configuration. Even more interesting here is the way the Russians cut the cutoff from the jet stream, depicted in the lower diagram with Lake #Erie, with an anomalously warm western part of the lake.
I wrote about Lake Erie in March, when the Northeast was tortured with the "historical" "monster blizzard."
Then, I wrote a short post suggesting the removal of the Russian nuclear reactor from Lake Erie to stop the monster #blizzard.
In a couple of hours, the historical monster blizzard stopped as if it had never existed. Why? The Russians didn't wait to be detected and switched off the reactor from a distance. No blizzard, no reason to look for the reactor, decided Putin, and stopped the blizzard.
What happened, in fact, was a scientific experiment on how significant the mere change of the temperature is. As they stopped the reactor, they stopped the production of the vapour, which, in combination with the Arctic air, created this overwhelming massive blizzard that paralyzed the life of the strategically important region.
Lake Erie is a dead lake overgrown with algae, making it an ideal place for placing a nuclear microreactor to use it as a weather weapon. Blizzard is the only one example.
Days later, a fireball flying near Lake Erie generated use. However, I wrote in detail earlier, it was a Russian nuclear microreactor transported by air, with a booster exploding in the air and the nuclear reactor landing in Lake Erie.
In September, the Russians decided to use it again. By launching a nuclear reactor, they created a vertical convection of hot air, capable of disrupting the jet stream, writhing above it.
The experiment with the blizzard has shown how potent the flow of hot, warm air created by the nuclear reactor is. It is possible that some other devices powered by a nuclear reactor were used. Or some additional devices meant to create the vertical convection that the Russians place inside the private property to strategically use in their operations.
By mastering the jet stream disruption and artificial creation of deep troughs and upper cutoff lows, the Russians use it as the main feature in redirecting hurricanes, as this happened with Hurricane Lowell and now with Hurricane Nolo cases, and especially in creating the early Nor'easter targeting the East Coast and especially New York, even if geographically this is not an easy task.
It is interesting that when I started attracting attention to the jet stream manipulation, the only source, Fox Weather, which usually depicted the jet stream in its reports, stopped doing this.
However, as practice shows, the more information is available, the more chances there are to prevent disasters simply by the Observer Effect. When exposed, the Russians retreat. The fact has been proven many times already. This nor'easter could be prevented, as well as others, in the future.
The Russian operation didn't stop with only creating the cutoff low, which I won't describe here. There is an entire operation with many weather settings, meant to ultimately orchestrate the "perfect storm" in the US. The #weather #warfare is Putin's favourite hobby as he was never challenged for his actions, with one exception - by the Observer Effect.
