The experts recognise that this nor'easter resembles Hurricane Sandy, used by the Russians as a historical prototype for reconstruction.
The bad news is that the nor'easter, by aligning with its upper-level cutoff low parent, gets stuck for a prolonged time exactly where it can produce maximum damage. The good news is that this alignment deprives it of further growth.
The initial idea was to make the surface low, created by the upper low, to absorb as many disturbances as possible to strengthen it, while the axis, binding them, is tilted, and growth is possible. And then, by vertically aligning them, make it release all accumulated strength at New York and the northwest, as the most strategic region.
While tilted, the cold core nor'easter could absorb more tropical storms coming from the Gulf, turning it into an ultimate weapon. But this didn't happen because of El Niño's high wind shear, which, by destroying vertical convection, weakened the momentum, and most of the disturbances, meant to align with the nor'easter, moved into the open Atlantic.
As El Niño made this scenario impossible this season, they will try to implement it next season if the proactive measures do not apply. To prevent this scenario, but in a much worse version, as El Niño won't be there, it is necessary to clear Lake Erie of Russian nuclear micro-reactors, used to create the upper cutoff low.
It could be done in March after I exposed the Russians' use of them for artificially creating a monster blizzard, which disappeared in hours after my post. The problem is that after the Russians switched off the reactors, the problem was solved, and nobody cared to clean Lake Erie. When the reactors are switched off, they are difficult to detect. The Russians eagerly exploit this blind spot.
Moreover, the Russians added at least one more reactor. This is what made the operation possible - creating an unseasonal nor'easter to combine its destructive force by absorbing tropical storms into its orbit. Which, if not El Niño's high wind shear, could work exactly as the Russians planned.
