How Russians Prepar to Redirect Hurricane Norbert

In the picture, there is an interesting weather setup with a potential scenario I asked an AI to depict. What is even more interesting is that my search, together with the picture, had disappeared just as I received the picture. If I had waited a second longer to save it, I would have lost it.

This means that the scenario I asked to picture is precisely the Russian blueprint that they will try to implement. Otherwise, why bother to intervene in my search by deleting it and replacing it with a politically correct one, which distorts the real situation?

This is a typical Russian (or #Musk's, as a Russian affiliate in the US) to distort reality to cover up the Russian covert efforts and tactics used to attack the US.

It is similar to the scenario seen with the devastating hurricanes Lowell and Maria, making them more damaging, with Hurricane #Lowell suddenly veering northward and #Marie spreading massive amounts of moisture toward #SoCal, even passing hundreds of miles away from it.

In both cases, the starring role was played by the upper cutoff low (an isolated fragment of the Polar jet stream), which entirely changed the basic scenario toward damage intensification, even if the scale of intensification was not the maximum. In the Lowell case, the cutoff low happened too late to cause a direct landfall on the Hawaiian Islands.

This time, the situation is the same, and the Russians will do everything in their power to correct the mistake. Norbert's pass depends on the stage at which the cutoff will happen. If it happens too early and it is not significant enough, the attack could be overcome, and Hurricane #Norbert it will return to its previous westward movement, bypassing Hawaii. This is the scenario, is predicted by the weather models.

However, if the cutoff happens later and the cutoff low will be significant enough, the hurricane will be channeled toward the islands and make direct landfall as an ultimate goal to maximize the damage by weaponizing the hurricane by changing its trajectory from bypassing to a direct massive hit to already damaged lands by previous hurricanes.

Technically, to achieve the necessary result - the maximum possible damage, the Russians should make a couple of interventions to disrupt the jet stream with maximum precision.

It is interesting to follow how the situation will develop. As I mentioned many times, the Russians, when exposed, usually withdraw from the situation until next time, when they can implement this scenario covertly.

Exposure destroys the main advantage of the weather warfare - stealthiness and impunity, which allow the Russians to continue their weather war against the US with impunity. This is why the Observer effect is important. Even more important to prevent the Russians from being able to inflict covert damage using the weather weapons.

Before publishing these analyses, my profile was blocked, and I should find a workaround to do it. It is always a struggle, which only shows the importance of the Observer Effect and my work.
