TOPICAL STORM’S MOKE SUCCESSIVE ATTACK ON HAWAII AS PATTERN. OBSERVER EFFECT'S PROTECTION

The second storm, named #Moke, follows #Lala and targets Hawaii's Big Island. It is not as intense, and it doesn't get as close as Lala did, but as an addition to the disastrous floods Lala already caused, it could significantly worsen the damage, adding to the floods, mud, and landslides.

This is an intensification by cumulative effects, which could also be weaponized, not only by the hurricane's rapid intensification itself. Especially if an attempt to intensify a storm into a hurricane fails.

An interesting detail is that the second storm had appeared much closer to the Big Island than Lala. The dynamic we followed last Year in the Atlantic, after Hurricane #Erin, originated as a tropical storm in the eastern Atlantic before developing into a full-fledged hurricane.

Russia's Cold Blob Weaponization

An interesting video that illustrates how Russia destroys the #Arctic glaciers and frees the Arctic from ice, which is Moscow’s strategic goal. The melting iceberg creates a Cold Blob, a patch of anomalous cold water that weakens and slows down the Gulf Stream and #AMOC. Cold Blob creates preconditions for atmospheric blocks, generating stalled weather patterns in Europe, be it prolonged heat waves or persistent rainfall, turning into floods.

Understanding Russian strategic thinking, it is logical to presuppose that the Russians use military icebreaking submarines to carve off the marine glaciers, just pushing them from beneath is enough to accelerate the process.

The iceberg moves into the Atlantic waters and, melting, creates what is known as a “mysterious cold blob,” even though there is nothing mysterious about it. Simple mechanical fracturing of the glaciers, which happens daily on their own. The difference is in the scale of fracturing - the same as that of other natural phenomena that the Russians exploit by increasing, intensifying them, etc.

Kilauea Eruption Heat Makes Hurricane Lala Rapidlly Intensify

Hurricane #Lala is undergoing rapid intensification while nearing the Big Island.

Rapid intensification usually occurs when the water gets hotter. This is exactly what happened after the hot water plume spread near the same coast, after the #Kilauea eruption, which, since December, 2024, has been happening on a regular basis twice per month. Or are these the mountains that compressed the hurricane with their immovable power? Or both?

The AI usually disregards the heat created by the #Kilauea eruption, and the further, the more. It looks like AI is continuously fed new information, which, as I noticed, plays in some players' hands, rejecting yesterday's information in favor of the newest one.

This is why the hopes of scientists that AI will help to understand the unexplainable phenomena and foretell the "natural disasters" are naive at the very least.

Information, or, more precisely, disinformation, is one of the main weapons in the #weather/#climate and #geophysical warfare.

The more the victim is brainwashed, the easier it is to continue to destroy the countries, which Russia would never have had a chance to destroy in a conventional #war.

The inspirational advertising for "Boring White" Tactical Torches makes it clear what they are produced for, whch directly relates to the current massive #firestorms around the US, Britain, and Europe as a part of Russian #weather and #geophysical #warfare against the #West.

Not "#wildfires" as a result of an occasional fire on the hot weather backdrop, but well-organized and managed firestorms with the most possible #destructive effect.

LIGHTNING ROCKETS OR DRONES AS PERFECT GEOPHYSICAL WEAPONS

The official version is that #lightning sparked the fire on July 27, which turned into a violent #firstorm, scorching 79,313 acres with zero containment.

However, it is important to remember that at this stage, lightning can be produced on demand and can be much stronger than natural lightning. And not only by massive installations, as it was 50 years ago.

They can be applied using small rockets or drones and can target the exact area on demand and generate #wildfires/#firestorms of enormous proportions, which turns it into a perfect #geophysical #weapon in Putin's covert #climate, #weather and geophysical #warfare against the US.

Spokane Surrounded by Firestorm

Spokane, the second-largest city in Washington state, is surrounded by three massive, fast-moving fires that are destroying everything in their path. The ring of firestorms is getting tighter, while the roads are cut off, except in the South. Three fires in Spokane County have consumed more than 8,000 acres with 0% containment since they started Saturday.

The picture looks like a military offensive plan, which, in fact, it is. This is why firefighters name the area a war zone. It is a Russian war, and it is a war zone. 

For those who understand how the Russians think, it is clear that the offensive on Spokane is a rehearsal and preparation for attacking a new, more substantial target.

The real threat demands full awareness and an extremely sober approach, not only to neutralize the current firestorm, taking a city into the fire ring, but to understand how the tragedy was "cooked" to be able to avoid potentially even bigger tragedy, which the Russians definitely are preparing already, waiting for the optimal weather to create a perfect storm.

PUTIN USES RAND PAUL TO MAKE THE US PAY FOR GLOBAL DAMAGE FROM THE COVID PANDEMIC

Rand Paul's goal is to attribute all the responsibility for the #COVID pandemic to the US to please his master, Putin, and make the US pay. This is an absurd situation in which #Fauci is treated as if the research were his personal endeavor, not US policy. Why?

Russia is interested in attributing the COVID pandemic to the US because the virus that created the pandemic was manufactured in Russia. Even if Russia only reproduced the research that Fauci conducted for a scientific purpose.

The results of the research were published in a specialized publication, which was a breach of security and an expression of American scientists' naivety: that there is a brotherhood of researchers and nobody would use the published results for evil purposes. The same situation as with climate, which Putin masterfully uses against the West.

Wildfire or Firestorm? The Wording Matters. Observer Effect 4.0

What looks like war, smells like war, and has the consequences of war is a war.

The word #Wildfire is perceived as a fire ignited by mostly natural causes like lightning or occasional, unintentional arson. What happens in the #UK and # Europe is definitely artificially ignited by professional arsonists and is a matter of arson, not natural lightning.

The most correct definition is firestorm, which is artificially/intentionally ignited with a hostile purpose. A firestorm could be defined as "weaponized wildfire," or "rapidly intensified firestorm," as an analogy to a rapidly intensified hurricane, which creates its own self-enforcing weather system.

Firestorms, once professionally ignited and rapidly intensified, taking into account topography and given a direction, continuously self-generate and expand, capturing huge new territories and advancing in a given direction, which could be corrected by topography.

The fact that, according to the media, so-called UK "wildfires" are targeting three nuclear plants only proves that these are artificially ignited firestorms, not spontaneously appearing wildfires.

Also, it is also important to understand that this is not climate change that is responsible for these firestorms, but a climate, weather, geophysical (all in one) war by Russia against Europe and the US, as I have written many times over the last few years.

Observer Effect 4.0

The more precise the wording is, the more adequate the response is. It looks like France, better than others, understood the situation by involving the military in neutralizing the firestorm.

The mere fact that France de facto recognized this attack as a war by employing the military, instead of a renewed and strengthened heatwave, as the meteorologists forecast, led to normalization of the weather and easing of the firestorm, while Spain and Britain still fight the fire.

This recognition, which Emmanuel Macron emphasized by mentioning that this is a disaster comparable only to WWIII, turned on what I name an Observer Effect - as soon as the Russians understand that they are exposed, they retreat to soften the situation and return again when they are not expected, and there is no Observer Effect.

This means that if the Observer Effect is permanently on, it would restrict the Russian attacks permanently. Weather/climate/ geophysical warfare is effective only when it is not detected and acknowledged and doesn;t provoke retaliation by other military means.

Cyclone As a Weapon?

Is it even possible to redirect a typhoon as I suggest in my previous post on OBSERVER EFFECT 3.0? According to Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn, deputy chief of naval operations in charge of research and development, as expressed in his 1973 article,

"A severe storm or hurricane striking a naval force may well inflict greater damage than could an enemy.

The capability to change the direction of destructive storms and guide them toward enemy concentrations may exist in the future arsenal of the naval tactical commander."

It looks like the Russians implemented what Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn predicted, while the US abandoned the explorations for political reasons, due to Russian covert influence operations, and channeled the efforts in a false direction.

And it is obvious to me that there were real results of the research on how to redirect a hurricane which were

buried somewhere in archives. I can think of at least two methods for doing this, especially using the modern capabilities which the Russians use.

This is exactly what happens now. What Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn didn't foresee and what the Russians do now is that the weather weapons could be used not only in a battle as an additional weapon, but completely replace the battle.

Deadly heat waves in Europe and overwhelming floods in the US are just some examples of the multiple uses of #weather #weapons instead of conventional weapons.

"Ability to control the weather could introduce greater changes in warfare than those which occurred in 1945 with the explosion of the first nuclear weapon," prophesied Vice-Admiral William F. Raborn.

Weather weapons are much more flexible and advantageous than nuclear weapons, which are the weapon of last resort. Russians don't want to use nuclear weapons, as this would immediately invoke an inevitable retaliation.

Instead, Moscow is actively using weather weapons, which inflict overwhelming damage on the adversary without being detected or retaliated against, gradually destroying the enemy with a "thousand cuts" of artificially provoked "natural disasters".

This is not the first time I have posted the lost article. The first time I posted it was in 2024, after the tragic Hurricane Helene, along with my research on the exposure of Russian weather warfare "military-technical measures," as Putin puts it. Since then, there have been no #hurricane landfalls in the US mainland. While typhoons continue attacking the US Pacific territories and military bases.
